TEMPLETON VALLEY FARMS (TVF)- – – – fresh, biodynamic & local fruits, veggies, flowers, eggs & honey….
Have you talked with the TVF farmers Katrina Baumsteiger & Edwin Rambuski? I asked them a couple questions for you. To find out how they Eat SLO and fit into our Sustainable Local Organic food network.
I want everyone to know what they are doing to make a better future. TVF is “Growing and providing fresh fruits, veggies, eggs and honey to our community in Templeton.” which is between 11 – 50 miles from the center of our SLO community. “We (TVF) are not certified organic, but use natural, sustainable and simple farming practices. No spray/chemicals are being used on the 5 acre parcel.”
“We (TVF) are a small local organic farm in Templeton, California that grows and sells fresh and healthy fruits, veggies, eggs and honey — all harvested on site using natural, sustainable and simple farming practices. Come visit our farm stands on Santa Rita Road (off So. Bethel Road) and 880 Climbing Tree Lane here in the north of San Luis Obispo County to load up with beautiful produce and flowers as well as delicious eggs and honey! If you live in or are traveling through the nearby towns of Paso Robles, Atascadero, San Miguel and Santa Margarita; our roadside farm stands would just be a short drive away.”
For your information: During the summer and spring, we (TVF) could employ an experienced harvester, and a day laborer.
